Refund Policy
At Krishna Marketing, we only accept service requests (including Web Design, Web Development, Mobile Application Development, Software Development, Search Engine Optimization, Digital Marketing, Hosting Services, Website Maintenance, and Ready-to-Use Software) after a thorough analysis or creation of a detailed scope document, or after a comprehensive discussion with our clients. Given that we understand the continuous development process required to meet each milestone and complete every module of the project, refunds are not possible once work has commenced.
All payments made by the client for custom design projects, above services, or ready-to-use software are non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed by the client midway, the client is still obligated to pay for all work completed up to the specific milestone.
Once a project begins, work commences immediately after receiving confirmation from the client. Therefore, if the client withdraws the project after this point, the payment already made is non-refundable, and the work completed up until then will still be payable by the client.
We make every effort to communicate clearly with our clients and address any questions or concerns before starting the work. Once the client approves, the work begins, and there is no provision for a refund. We explicitly state that the paid amount is non-refundable in all circumstances, except for refunds associated with a trial deadline for a ready-made script.
